Who we are

Lourdes Valdes is a licensed Florida real estate agent with Fusilier Management Group. This policy explains how information is handled when you text or call (352) 736-8675.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive your mobile phone number and the content of your messages. We may also receive your name and any details you choose to share about a property you are asking about, such as a showing request or a rental question.

How we use information

We use this information only to reply to you, answer your questions, schedule showings, and follow up on requests you made. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we only message people who have contacted us first.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate our messaging. These include a communications provider that delivers text messages, and cloud hosting and database services that store message records. We also use software tools, including artificial intelligence tools, that help draft replies for our review. We share information with these providers only as needed to provide the service, and we do not sell your information.

Opting out

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Retention and security

We keep message records for as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to real estate professionals. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
